Ccan you wire ten dual 4ohm subs down to 1ohm?

If you have a pair of dual 4ohm; Connect all the positives together. Then connect all the negatives. That'll give you a 1ohm load..

edit: just read you have 8 of them. You can parallel the subs into pairs for 1ohm, then parallel two of those pairs for 0.5ohm. Then series the pairs for 1ohm.
But at that point you're better off getting more amps; I assume you want 1ohm from 8 to get full power from one amp but thats probably not enough power to run all 8 to their optimum
