My Sony head unit has outputs for front and rear/subs. I'm going to install it into my new car but I want both my rear speakers and subs so what can i do?

The back is like this.

You could use RCA splitters on the front RCA outputs so you can run both the front and rear amplifier channels from that one output. Then just run the sub amp from the sub output.

Keep in mind doing it this way you will loose the ability to fade between the front and rear speakers.

You could also run the front speakers off the amp/RCA's.
Run the rear speakers off the Left/Right Rear outputs from the headunits internal amplifier.
Run the subwoofer off the SubOut RCA's & amp.

Then check the manual to turn on SubOut for your CD player. This should give you front, rear fade and independant sub control.

Do you want all speakers amplified by eternal amps?
