Russia SPL

I notice that SPL in russia is growing.Is it big in America ?

Not as big as it used to be. Many would say the reason for the flagging numbers is lack of support.. IMO, I think the big manufacturers priced a lot of the competitors out. The main audience for new blood would be 18-22YO, and that same audience doesnt have the buying power to get the gear to be competitive.

Given the lack of availability of solid, reliable, AFFORDABLE equipment in many regions, it makes it harder still.. and who wants to be flogged in the lanes buy a guy with $$$$ subs and amps ?

Like everything, it has its heartlands.
i remember growing up in a city which had a Motocross track that was considered one the countries best. I never grew up with people who rode motocross so i did not even know the track existed.
It was not until i owned my first bike that i realized the amount of people involved in the sport locally.
It will be the same for SPL.
