What would you do if you built a Monster amp and nobody noticed ? LOL. Ask Earthquake I guess..

There's a 2mm ledge the edges of the PCB sits on, and there's probably mount posts. But I think a lot of strain ends up in the FET's legs anyway.
I've never seen one of these, or even heard of them, until I saw one FS yesterday on Craigslist.

it looks almost like it does slide in on the tips of the "sideways M's". but im not sure id like that much stress on the legs. or maybe those metal bars side to side offer some support
